A Little Water

I was pleasantly surprised today to find that part of the dried up upper reaches of the Taylor River had some water flowing in it. The heavy rain showers of nearly a week ago has finally had some effect. Here Fergus is skipping over stepping stones across the modest water flow.
Rain was predicted this evening and Keith and I were most grateful when a neighbour came and helped us move and stack a load of firewood which had been delivered a few days ago. We got it all stacked and covered just before it started to rain. Phew!
