Coot

Should have been very tired today, but actually felt quite energised.   Church in the morning, and we got the news that our coffee morning yesterday made £1,800 for Kidney Research, which was a fantastic amount.

Had a walk around the loch in the afternoon, where I took the blip of the wee coot, very distinctive with its black plumage and white bill.

Then home to cook a meal for the family.   Had a good catch up on all the happenings, we are all busy people so it is nice to sit around the table and hear all the news.

Another beautiful day although a bit colder than yesterday.
