The Living Room

Or the lounge if you're posh.  Or das Ess/Wohnzimmer if you're German.

Looking forward to seeing how we actually use this room.  The couple who lived here  had sofas to the left and the telly away on the right hand side.  Fits very nicely to the German word for "the television", "der Fernseher" - "fern" means distance and "seher" viewer.  It's about a 4 and a half meter (14ft) gap between the 2.

Having a new house makes finding a Blip quite easy.  Finding a good Blip remains elusive though.

Houses are loud when there isn't any furniture in them.  It's hard to imagine how it's going to sound when we're living there.

Not that we have that problem here at the moment.  We were woken up by Munni howling from the top of the en-suite door at just before 6 this morning.

A couple of bounces on a few packing crates and then on to the top of the door.  And from there a quick couple of verses from the Song of her People.

Welcome to Monday.
