8 Years

In the middle of all that's going on*, it would never do to forget that 8 years ago Moot came to share my little flat in Edinburgh.  And weird to think that he's spent more than half of those 8 years here in Germany.

He was in a rescue centre for three months after being run over and it seemed that no-one wanted him.

Well I did.  I met him and he pretty much decided that he was coming with.  I remember having to buy a litter tray, litter, cat food and bowls on the way home from Arthurshiel.  Doesn't seem that long ago.

To Moot - here's to many more years.  And if you're reading this, we're taking you with us when we move - can you relax a bit more?

* I have some lovely German words to describe your life when things are hectic  May I present der(die) Kuddelmuddel, das(die) Tohuwabohu(s)
der Wirrwarr, der Mischmasch, and das Kladderadatsch.

Although I think Tohuwabohu might actually be a deity in Cthulhu  or a great dish involving noodles and tofu.
