Carron Valley Reservoir

We still have the joiner in yet and he was working throughout the whole house today so we "escaped" basically to get out of his way and ended up at the reservoir in the hope that the ospreys might appear again. Sadly, no such luck. Possibly the rather choppy water would have made fishing tricky and perhaps interfered with take off.
However, we also took the opportunity to pop in for a few minutes to see Ali, Phil, Euan & Eve. Euan was showing off his new Gruffalo slippers and Eve was modelling new sunglasses. Hope they are needed!
We returned home to find quite a difference. There are still a few bits of tidying up and finishing to be done but we are just about there. Thank goodness!
