To Resist the Urge to Panic

It is never  a pleasant feeling to receive a telephone call that "the floor in our bathroom has gone soft"

Eric, seen here, sprang in to action immediately and although the scene looks devastating, he had it sorted with a mornings work and the plumber came back and re-connected everything.

It could have been much worse....
