Cold Hillage

Been spending most of the day preparing for the games convention at the weekend, including buying large volumes of food; that and starting to make some adjustments to the business as suggested by yesterday's inspection.

Come late in the afternoon E suggested we got out for a quick burst of hilliness so we drove round to British Camp (the local iron age fort), strode up and viewed the pre-sunset.

It all looks calm and serene now.  What you're not experiencing is the incredible icy blast coming over the crest.
