I love this flower (bromeliad)? It’s pink heart has started producing these purple flowers, with a scent of cloves (luckily, it’s one we like)
 
Hurricane Maria came today – thank goodness! She cleaned, she cooked, she went to the market and then to the supermarket – twice. What she gets through in a day is a miracle, we’ll have to rename her. Miracle Mary, or Maria Milagre?
 
HH is making good progress, but not quite so chirpy today - probably feeling the effects of the physio. However, he hasn’t lost his enviable ability to sleep as soon as his head touches the pillow. I don’t share it, and am turning into a zombie.
