A Guided Tour

Several weeks before we set off on this trip we received a detailed guide to Melbourne. It was written especially for us by my son Daniel and his girlfriend Kelly. They were both living here until November of last year when Daniel's visa ended and they set off for Asia to do some travelling.

My only sadness about this trip to Oz was that we would come to Melbourne and Daniel wouldn't be here to show us around the city that he loves. This morning we set off with 'Dan and Kelly's Guide to Melbourne' to look at some of the places they wanted us to see. I can see why Dan loves this place. It is his kind of place and although he can't be here personally a little piece of him is alongside me pointing out all the best bits of the city.
