Happy birthday G!

We got up in good time to get in some present-opening before going out. Got the train to Margate, hit up the Turner (really good self portrait exhibition), then had a walk along the beach before stopping for cake. I got slobbered on by a huge dog, and we got so sand-whipped. The cake made it better though.

Back on the train and to Broadstairs. Another long walk, some charity shops and a hot drink in Morelli's.

On the way back we got off the train at Herne Bay and walked to Whitstable from there. We had to have another cake pitstop, but we made it.
