Nemesis

I'm a decent cook.

But a slightly rubbish baker.

Actually, what I'm rubbish at is water-proofing a spring-form tin before sticking it in a baine Marie.

That meant water got in and turned what should have been a Chocolate Nemesis cake into a slightly soggy cow pat.

It tastes nice. But that's only because it's got £7 worth of chocolate in it. Plus 4 eggs, a pack of butter and quite a bit of caster sugar.
