Fly away

This chap was on display when I was at the shops earlier today. I think it's an odd place to bring birds to show off, and they are probably quite sad they aren't able fo fly away. There were some really big ones there too, I wonder how they transport them. Or do they just arrange to meet them there, since they've got their own inbuilt transport (wings)?
