Is that a Chicken Tarka?**

Daughter arrived safe and sound last night after some delays. She was white with tiredness but managed to hoof down some chicken madras before going to bed.

I had the leftovers for lunch today and it's true - it does taste better and it is definitely spicier the next day :) It was really welcome though after I'd been swimming.
