Practically Scandinavian!

So today I've 'done' the garden. You know that feeling when you've worked hard and achieved a massive chunk of those outstanding to do's. Well, that's me today! I even replaced the broken window that was letting in all the water. Take that rain...just in time for summer...hmmm.

I stopped halfway through for a long awaited teleconference call with a specialist in oncology who, apart from praising my partner with feeding me all the right stuff, strongly suggested I get this...an infrared sauna. So I looked at my bank account, gulped and bought one! I'm practically Scandinavian now!

Europe is going mad at the moment installing big versions of these in their hospitals as they not only help fight the Big C but also help recover from the damage caused by chemo and radiotherapy. It's so sad how our poor NHS is always behind Europe when it comes to innovation and the recent brilliant news of Asher King can only help highlight this and hopefully promote change in our stuck in the ways culture.
