Shoe Thief

Hey Oscar that's my trainer you have there. Are you planning on doing my training too.
8 weeks or so before my very first triathlon. I've got the swimming sorted. I'll have no problems with that. It's the cycling and running I'm struggling with....and the fact I do a lot of my training alone. Its so much better when you have a friend to go with.....maybe Oscar would like to join me.
