Traffic jam

Normally, the question of flags flying at Belfast City Hall can be the subject of a fair bit of debate. And marching. And protests, etc, etc. Thankfully, today's flags were a little less contentious.

The Circuit of Ireland Rally kicked off from City Hall today, and this man was obviously out to support the Scandinavian drivers. Of course, the ability to drive through snow and ice is less useful in Ireland than the ability to avoid potholes and the occasional sheep, so we'll see how they get on.
