I can fly ........

but I can't crawl except backwards. Lara and her mum and dad visited. She is so the image of her dad its uncanny. 

Mike made spicy and sour soup which was very nice, and we all enjoyed a couple of bowls, Gary took some home too, he's always loved home made soup.

Feeling krappy and so tired and lethargic, I've been like this most of the week, my joints have really flared up again.

Hoping tomorrow is better weather and I've got some energy
