Flower Friday.....Pasque flowers

Such a grey and rainy day today, but the weather did ease off towards teatime, so I popped into the garden to blip these Pasque flowers, which seem most appropriate for today, Good Friday.
Today was Violet's last day with us after her Mum and Dad returned from their short, well earned spa break.  You can see a picture of her here, providing an alternative for today's challenge, hosted by Bikerbear.
