Autumn dawn

Blipmate and I ventured to a different part of the estuary to catch the last dawn before daylight saving finishes. It was the sort of colour we see in middle eastern photos. Deep gold then red clouds. The rain indicated by this has yet to arrive.
The magical light was spoilt by the fact we were perched on the edge of a busy highway and although we had on highvis vests I felt a bit vulnerable and wondered where was everyone off to so early in the day- mind you only 7am.
