CannyScot's Day

Tha Auld Tram

A bright day.

Hard at work editing the last part of Rachel's Essay - we are both pleased it was completed and it will be submitted early next week. I am sure she will get a good grade for it - but we shall see. Apologies for lack of commenting on other's blips but I have been a bit busy!

Went down town in the afternoon with her to meet a friend for tea/coffee.  On the way I saw the 'Auld Tram', which is now used as a coffee stop and refreshment bar. It sits on old tramlines and was a lot less money to install than Edinburgh's new trams - and probably makes more money than them in total! The people who run the Auld Tram have a restaurant out on the banks of the Tay called Bridgeview Station. It is on the site of the old Railway station - so they have kept the theme going here in the City Centre - see map.

A happy Easter to you all.
