Limoncello

When life gives me lemons, I make limoncello, not lemonade!  The bounty of lemons from my tree is overwhelming this time of year. So, they become limoncello, frozen lemon juice cubes, preserved lemons, lemon marmalade, lemon curd, lemon flavor extract, and lemon flavored honey.  Whew!
