My first walk with a local group and I did enjoy it, good weather, good company and the glorious English countryside - you just can't beat it!  The route was listed as being 8.5 miles but apparently it was actually 10.6 miles.

I took a tube of Factor 30 with me but of course didn't apply it until too late... that sun was surprisingly strong!
