Not the swimming baths

It ought to be easy to find out online when the local baths operate lane swimming... but it's not, it's very contradictory and I shall have to phone them.

In other news I did about 30 minutes of running jogging scouts' pace this morning through Elvaston Country Park.  Is it maybe crazy, ridiculous even, or just plain foolish to want to try and regain my fitness level of 30 years ago.  Do not answer that question!
