Easter

What a strange image to use for Easter, one might say. Strange indeed.

A pizza oven. MrH's dream. I worry now that he will attempt building one.

This was a very civilised trip to Adelaide Hills to visit an open garden of Sophie Thomson. Have we officially entered middle age?

The garden was great, full of plants that grow in our climate with tags on them so the visitors can take note and use them in their own back yards. The location was dreamy,  wild and out in the sticks. Well, within 45 minutes drive to the city centre. That is what you get in Adelaide, wilderness on the doorstep.

And just for the record, our Easter dinner was a spicy, slow-cooked pulled pork. Delicious, even if I say so myself.
