This morning started with my weekly weigh in. Another 750 g lost since last week, and I'm still on track - I've just got a long way to go to get to my target health weight of about 65 kg.

After breakfast we moved the washing machine from the kitchen to the utility room, where we have long planned to put it but never actually got round to moving...

While the washing machine was running we decanted 50 l of water out of the water butt so we could move it to another location and install a larger 210 l butt on the spot it vacated. Technically I know that a tonne of water only costs £3 to buy and treat and a five 200 l water butts cost more than £150 to buy - but it's the principle of collecting and using rain water than potable drinking water that counts...

Once the washing had been hung out to dry we went for a walk round the village - where this blip was taken. It wasn't exciting but it didn't rain on us and the exercises was good for us.
