The new mill at New Abbey

Drove down to New Abbey in Dumfriesshire to see where C's gran was brought up just before the mill went out of use. C's grans grandad was the last Miller before the Mill shut at just over 100 years old. The Mill is now ran by the National Trust for Scotland along with the neighbouring Sweetheart Abbey. The Abbey founded in 1275 would have build the preceding Mills on the site.
