Crichton Collegiate Church

A wee explore to Crichton Castle and Church - just a few miles along the road but for some reason never visited. An imposing fortress, and a commanding view across the Tyne Valley. Definitely worth another visit.

The church and yard is very picturesque, though no longer in public use. As ever, the graveyard tombs told many stories though the carvings and words of remembrance.
