Chicken Curry

I bought a "Curry Kit" from the Stockbridge Market recently and finally got around to using it, The kit contained a packet of mixed spices, a larger packet of green paste and a chili, I also bought a can of coconut milk with it. I pan fried some chicken fillets then mixed in the spices, fried it a bit more, added the paste and fried that in for a couple more minutes before adding the can of coconut milk and some chopped chilies (I used a couple extra green chilies). It actually came out rather well, I've never been very good at making my own curries, probably because I don't have the right mix of spices, it was a bit milder than curries I usually eat but quite tasty.
