Sweet magnolia

After a cold start the magnolia buds are ready to burst open, this one was one of the furthest open. Unfortunately between the buds bursting out of their hairy sheaths and the bursting into full bloom there have been a couple of cold nights, so many buds do show brown patches. I'm hoping the flowers will all be out by this weekend !
