New build everywhere, particularly here around the Convention Center and the Lloyd District.  All for the good in my opinion, it's been a wasteland.  The Red Lion hotel on the left getting a major and much needed overhaul.  New apartments/condos in the distance.  Denny's on the right hanging in amongst all the new stuff.
