Elevensies.

Having had no Blip fortune earlier in the day I popped back to the park later in the morning. I had to wait for quite a while for the heron to strike. Unfortunately he was in the middle of a messy coot's nest hence the cropped image.
The heron swallows the fish whole while it is still moving which is rather grotesque - you can see that here.
