Orphans and Widows

This man was walking in front of me as I came out of Sephora (where I'd just bought 5 lipsticks).  I had to google the bible references when I got home, he had more written on his hat.  

After a foggy start it was a warm and beautiful day, I photographed a reader as part of my continuing series of Portland readers (on Flickr).  I could have walked and walked but made the mistake of wearing a new pair of shoes, not a great plan, I now have some very large blisters on my heels.
