Forsythia!

Finally some color!  Our forsythia is blooming.  Even though the skies were gray and it felt more like winter than spring, there were signs of life popping up all over.  My day lilies are also coming up and the maple trees all have buds.
I thought I would bring a little outside color inside and since I just had my family room painted, I figured this was the spot. 
Everything you see in this photo is a treasure from someplace else.  Even the art on the walls are from Morocco and Chili.  I love being in this room and reminiscing about places I've traveled to. 
We are expecting thunderstorms tomorrow with a drastic change in temperature.  I love a good thunderstorm.  Providing I'm INSIDE the house.  :-)
