find momentum

So the deal is: eat properly & stay off antibiotics & you can go on holidays like everyone else.
It's never too early to learn a little self care or that there are better benefits to not letting the sick role win because it's easier.

And to this we are learning what holidays are about. It's not just about visiting family at Xmas it's about discovering all that is beautiful, interesting, hot, cold, wet & sometimes mundane. It's about learning to cope with change and it's about learning to be a little more resilient.

We're also learning that it's not easy being six & that the world we live in has so many unwritten social rules that no-one ever seems to teach, but rather expects conformity. I personally don't agree with all the rules - but not talking with food in your mouth & basic conversation skills are 2 that shouldn't be overlooked.

How does someone six learn conversation when often encouraged to go play on social occasions?
