Right Or Wrong

This year it seems that I will only see northern lights in other persons' photos, just like this at the Helsinki airport, where I am waiting or the departure to New York (where I will continue to Washington, D.C:). I am not sure whether I am right in uploading this blip, part of a large EU poster (advertisement). At least I am telling you all that this is part of someone else's photo, this is part of a public building's interior, and I am paying my share of the budget for the EU, which likely owns the copyright for the photo.
