WARNING!

If, like me, you've ever been out for a coffee and thought how much you like those innocent little crispy caramel biscuits they put in a cellophane packet on your saucer, you may have wondered if you could buy them to eat at home. If, in your quest for said biscuits, you spot this jar of spread in your local supermarket, be afraid. Be very afraid. You might buy it, thinking it would be nice for the occasional treat. Before long, you'll have the teaspoon out every time you pass the cupboard where it's kept; what seemed like just a little taste will have progressed into something bigger. It's supposed to be spread on something else but you'll be thinking 'No! that will only use up space for more of this!'
