Hazelnut Coffee Cake

This comes from a new book on Swedish baking. I have a review book - it's not out until July.

This is an ultra-light cake - no raising agent, just whipped eggs whites. With the toasted hazelnuts it's very tasty (praline-ish)

The dots were made with a stencil from Ikea!
