Now, if it is all going to be like this

I am catching up with back blips having spent a wonderful few days in Belgium on a study tour with the Scottish Bakers.

We stayed in a beautiful hotel in St Vith in Belgium (near the Luxembourg and German borders). This was a wonderful fish dish we had on the first night. Not quite sure what the red vegetable was, but we though carrot perhaps!
