Pheasant's eye

This is my very favorite. I like them all, of course, but this is an oldie that I remember from childhood and always want to have in the garden.
We got a half inch of rain last night and more to come. All very welcome. B had raked the gravel on the drive with the box blade yesterday, just at the right time with regard to rain.
