Today's the day ..................... to spread your wings

This little blue tit spent ages to-ing and fro-ing on the branch near this nestbox in our front garden - before it decided to take the plunge and go through the hole.

It was in there for ages too before it re-appeared.  No doubt it was going through the estate agent's blurb with a fine tooth comb to see if the particulars matched up to the reality.  We've been doing a bit of that recently - and it can be quite a depressing experience.

Let's hope that things work out for Mr & Mrs Bluetit - and us .......................................
