Sunny Day

It was a lovely day today and very warm by this afternoon.  I went to Camden for a while and took a few photographs by the canal but the sun was in my face and the pictures were not that brilliant.  This was not the best of the bunch so I made it black and white.

Day 2 on my Juicey Cleanse and its going well apart from a slight headache which I was expecting as it happened last time I did a cleanse.  I did 10 days last summer so this is only half the amount.  I was all set to do a cleanse after New Year but because I broke my shoulder I had to postpone it.  This is to cleanse myself of all the medication I have been taking over the last few months.  I am now pill free.  Yay.
