Four Horses

Dropping J out to circuit training I saw these horses on the way back in a field near the causeway. Its been a day that started with someone with work grievances and it's funny how something like that takes a lot of the day to get past. I remember reading before about the hours it takes anyone to recover a positive equilibrium from a negative dispute or argument. Guess I'll have to switch to being a pessimist, then the only way is up :)
