Cowboy Cookies....

I made these cookies at Cake Club. So it was Cookie Club really. They are Cowboy Cookies, so called because it's a basic cookie mixture but you get to choose what you add to them in the way of extras. I chose dried fruit, choc chips and smarties (little coloured, sugar coated chocolate beans like M&Ms for readers not in the UK). I have to say they are delicious.
