Fred The Oyster

La Pecherie in La Palmyre does excellent fish and oysters and stuff. Fred is a whizz in the oyster opening stakes. He laughed long and hard when I demonstrated how I open them. On Saturday I am going back  to take a picture of the team. 

Lets see if it makes the Blip for Saturday...
