A long week: time for a quiet weekend I think. Beautiful sunshine again this morning if a little colder and train rather than cycling. 

One of my colleagues is off to LA for a week which led to discussions of Randy Newman and Bran Van 3000. I reckon that if you could get a giant juicer and you could juice the 80s media output you would get the I Love LA video.

That didn't quite hit the mark so some Kool & The Gang seemed much more suitable.
