Queen Palm Fruit

Edible fruit but not tasty to humans. I've been told that birds like them.
We have several Queen Palm trees trees in our garden- they came with the house.
Palm trees are very popular in AZ landscaping.
But.
Queen Palms just don't feel right to me. When I look at them in my yard, I think that they are out of place.
I am far from a purist and love seeing plants from all over the globe.
The gum trees look right in AZ though hardly native. We have one in our garden too.
Even the acacia trees look right to me.
But not the Queen Palms.
Funny how my brain works. :)
