Bath Time!

Change of weather today saw a much duller day with it's related issues for photography.

I did manage to get out in one of the brighter moments to grab this cheeky chap doing his daily ablutions/

This is a male male House sparrow ( bet you didn't know that LOL), once a very common site everywhere we live, but now getting increasingly rare, possibly due to our improved house construction with it's lack of suitable nooks and crannies to nest in.

a Close second for today's blip was this image of "The Guvnor" ... a juvenile Starling who has claimed ownership of my feeder, seeing off all-comers, including the adults :)
