Indigo

This is the bloom of a wild Indigo plant. Indigo is a flowering plant in the Fabaceae family (legumes for us lay folks), this one is a native of the Eastern United States and grows happily in my back yard. It has tiny little flowers...butterflies and bees love it! And so do I :)
