Unidad Coming Along

Much work has been done on the Unidad Deportiva since I last visited more than two weeks ago. The cover is completely done and the floor for our new volleyball court has been poured. The chatter of Facebook is that it will be completed this week, but I highly doubt that. I see no lights, no holes for the net posts, and the parking lot grading is just beginning. Regardless, it is great to see such a nice facility coming to fruition. The basketball court, right next door is also nearing completion. Soon our sports complex will be one of the best in the state, the perfect complement to this sports crazy town.
