Mercado Tour

Got the young girls visiting this week out of the ocean for a tour of the mercado this morning. I think they were pretty blasé about the things they were seeing until we hit the meat section and they were confronted with this hanging pig head. Nothing like their normal grocery store. All of a sudden their 10 and 12 year-old eyes were seeing, and commenting on, all kinds of things they had previously walked right by. It is good to get young minds out of their comfort zone a definite benefit of travel to a foreign country.
